A Historic Visit to Rashtrapati Bhavan

It was a matter of immense pride and honour for Aryabhatta International School, Barnala, as our students were among the 50 selected schools from 14.9.Lac schools covering CBSE,ICSE and State board schools across India to visit the prestigious Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi.

The students had the wonderful opportunity to visit this iconic seat of India’s democracy and celebrate the spirit of Raksha Bandhan by tying Rakhi with the Hon’ble President of India. 🇮🇳

The visit offered our students an enriching and memorable experience as they explored some of the most remarkable places within the Rashtrapati Bhavan complex, including Gantantra Mandap, Amrit Udyan, the Museum, the Main Building and Ashoka Mandal. Each place reflected India’s rich heritage, democratic values, history and architectural grandeur.

The students were accompanied by our respected Principal, Mrs. Mansi Singhal, and Senior Wing Coordinator, Mrs. Renu Singla, whose guidance and encouragement made this prestigious visit even more meaningful.

 Being selected among just 50 schools from over 14.9 Lac schools of CBSE, ICSE and State Boards is not merely an achievement—it is a moment of immense pride for our entire school community.

Rakhi Activity – Celebrating the Bond of Love and Togetherness

Aryabhatta International School organized a joyful and creative Rakhi Activity for the little learners of Nursery, giving them an opportunity to celebrate the beautiful bond of love, care, and togetherness associated with Raksha Bandhan. 🌸🎀

The activity was designed to encourage creativity, fine motor skills, concentration, and joyful participation among the young children. The students enthusiastically participated in making their own colourful Rakhi-themed creations using craft materials. They enjoyed decorating their sheets with vibrant colours and beautiful embellishments, turning the activity into a fun-filled learning experience.

Through this hands-on activity, the children learned about the significance of Raksha Bandhan and understood that the festival represents affection, respect, protection, and the special bond shared between brothers and sisters. The classroom was filled with excitement and cheerful smiles as the little ones proudly displayed their creative work.

Such activities provide children with opportunities to express themselves freely while developing their imagination, hand-eye coordination, and confidence. They also help inculcate values of love, sharing, caring, and respect from an early age.

The activity was conducted under the guidance of our respected Principal, Mrs. Mansi Singhal, and Coordinator, Mrs. Manpreet Chawla. The activity was thoughtfully planned and conducted by Class Teacher Mrs. Amandeep Kaur, whose sincere efforts made the experience engaging and memorable for the Nursery students.
