DIYA & CANDLE MAKING CONPETITION

 Diya and Candle Making Competition at Aryabhatta International School, Cheema ✨

To celebrate the spirit of the upcoming Diwali festival, Aryabhatta International School, Cheema organized a Diya and Candle Making Competition for the students. The event aimed to combine creativity with culture, allowing students to express their artistic skills while learning the true meaning of this festival of lights.

Students participated with great enthusiasm and excitement. They beautifully decorated diyas and candles using glitter, sparkles, colours, mirrors, beads, and other decorative materials. Each diya reflected their imagination and festive joy, filling the school atmosphere with colour, light, and happiness.

Through this engaging activity, students also learned about the importance and values of the Diwali festival. Teachers explained that lighting diyas and candles signifies the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. They also shared with students why Diwali is called the Festival of Lights and how it inspires us to spread positivity, peace, and love.

The students thoroughly enjoyed the activity as it helped them connect with India’s cultural heritage in a joyful and creative way. This competition not only enhanced their artistic abilities but also encouraged teamwork, imagination, and festive spirit among them.

On this special occasion, Principal Mr. Shashikant Mishra and Coordinator Ms. Manpreet Chawla graced the event with their presence. They observed the students’ work keenly and appreciated their creativity and dedication. They also applauded the efforts of the teachers and motivated the students to continue participating in such value-based and skill-enhancing activities in the future.

The event concluded with cheerful smiles and a vibrant festive atmosphere all around. The wonderful moments were beautifully captured through photos and videos, making the day a memorable one for everyone.

DANCE ACTIVITY

 

Dance Activity Organized at Aryabhatta International School, Barnala

A special dance activity based on the traditional dance was organized at Aryabhatta International School, Barnala. On this occasion, dance instructor Mr. Aman Chauhan taught the students about this traditional form of dance. The students participated enthusiastically and presented the dance beautifully. The audience also thoroughly enjoyed the performance.

By organizing such activities, students are not only educated academically but are also introduced to various cultures, helping them stay connected to their roots and promoting the development of all forms of art.

On this occasion, the school Principal Mr. Shashikant Mishra and Coordinator Mrs. Renu Singla encouraged the students and stated that the school regularly conducts such activities to nurture and showcase the artistic talents of the students.

 Aryabhatta International School, Barnala successfully organized the Parents–Teacher Meeting (PTM) for classes Nursery to XII following the Term Assessment–1 (TA-1) Examination. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from parents who visited the campus to discuss their child’s academic achievements, classroom participation, and overall development.

Teachers shared detailed feedback on each student’s performance, highlighting strengths and areas of improvement. Parents actively interacted with the faculty—asking thoughtful questions about their child’s learning style, behavior in class, and day-to-day progress since the beginning of the session.

The meeting provided an excellent opportunity for both parents and teachers to work together towards the holistic growth of every learner. The warm communication and constructive discussions reflected a shared commitment to nurturing academic excellence and strong moral values.
