At Aryabhatta International School, we believe that a healthy body lays the foundation for a focused and successful mind. While academic growth and artistic expression are important, physical well-being is equally essential—especially during a child’s formative years.
To promote this holistic approach, we joyfully celebrated Health Day with our vibrant and enthusiastic Class 3 students. The event was designed to instill the importance of daily exercise, mindful living, and body awareness from a young age.
Under the expert guidance of our Yoga Teacher, students practiced a variety of yoga asanas and exercises that promote flexibility, balance, and inner calm. It was heartening to see the students participate with full excitement and curiosity.
💡 Through the session, the children learned:
• How to stay active and energetic throughout the day
• Ways to boost their concentration in studies
• Tips to increase appetite through movement and routine
• Techniques to manage weight and build confidence in their physical abilities
We were honored by the presence of our visionary Principal, Mr. Shashikant Mishra, and our dedicated Coordinator, Mrs. Manpreet Chawla. They led the students through interactive exercises and shared valuable insights about the importance of fitness during childhood.
This meaningful day reminded us all that health must be a top priority, and that simple daily practices can lead to a lifetime of wellness.
